Before proceeding with the production of mock up, we will need to do up a product visual with the artwork provided by the client. We are able to provide layout design service for free.
In order to ensure that the artwork printed is okay, we will need clients to follow the guidelines as follow:

We would prefer to work with artworks in AI, EPS, PSD, PDF format.
Kindly ensure that artwork is vectorized, pathed, rasterized.
Kindly ensure that the resolution of the images used is at least 300dpi (high resolution).
Kindly ensure that images used in artwork are embedded to avoid missing image links.
Kindly provide the pantone color code for the logo or artwork to be used.
Kindly ensure that the bleeding area is at least 3mm.
Mock up guidelines
Once artwork is confirmed and our official quotation invoice is endorsed, we will be proceeding for the production of mock up. The production time of mock up varies for per product. The mock up time and lead time is usually provided with the quotation given. After the production of mock up is completed, our sales team will send the photo of the mock up or the real samples to client to check and provide their confirmation to proceed for mass production.
Mass production guidelines
Upon confirmation of mock up, we will proceed on with the production of mass production.
At this stage, please take note that we would not be able to make any changes pertaining to the artwork as well as the other specifications of the item. For cases when delivery dateline is urgent, we will skip the production of mock up and go straight for mass production. For such cases, client would have to be certain that there will not have any changes upon confirmation of the production. Photos of the first batch produced will be sent to client for view if there is enough time for it.

- How long does production take? What about shipping?
- Sample orders: 3-5 business days. Bulk production: 5-7 business days standard, with 3-day express service available for urgent campaigns. - We use advanced dye-sublimation printing technology. Unlike screen printing where ink sits on the fabric surface, sublimation ink penetrates deep into the polyester fiber at the molecular level through heat and pressure - it literally becomes part of the fabric. This means no cracking, no peeling, and exceptionally vibrant colors with smooth gradients. Our UV-stabilized inks are SGS-certified with colorfastness rating after 12 months of outdoor exposure (AATCC 16.3), so your flags stay vivid.
- What payment terms do you offer?
- For orders up to USD 10,000: 100% T/T in advance. For orders over USD 10,000: 70% T/T deposit with the remaining 30% balance paid before shipment. All transactions are through our verified corporate account with formal commercial invoices and packing lists provided.

- What file format and resolution do you need for the best print quality?
- For the best results, we recommend vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, CDR) as they scale without quality loss. If vector files are unavailable, high-resolution raster images (PSD, JPG, PNG, TIFF) at 150-300 DPI at actual print size also work well. If your artwork is lower resolution, our prepress team can assess it and let you know if enhancement is needed. As a rule of thumb: for a 90*150cm flag, your image should be at least 3,000 pixels on the longer side for optimal clarity.
- What makes a beach flag different from a regular outdoor flag?
- Shape: Beach flags use a curved teardrop or feather profile rather than a rectangle - the curvature keeps the fabric under constant tension. Wind performance: The aerodynamic shape channels wind smoothly around the fabric rather than fighting it, giving stable flutter with less noise and fabric stress. Pole system: Beach flags use a flexible fiberglass pole that bends into the curved shape and a ground spike or cross-base Portability: breaks down into a carrying bag under 1 meter long
- How are the flags packaged? Will they arrive wrinkled or damaged?
- Every flag is individually folded and packed in a clear OPP polybag to prevent moisture and dust during transit. Multiple flags are then packed in 5-layer corrugated export-grade master cartons with reinforced corners for crush protection. For large orders, we use palletized shipping with stretch wrap. Some creasing from folding during shipping is normal - simply hang the flag or iron it on a low synthetic setting (no steam) with a cloth between the iron and the flag, and it will look perfect.
- Can the flag withstand strong beach wind? Will the pole bend or break?
- The fiberglass pole is designed to flex, not break - it bends with the wind and returns to its original curve when the gust passes. For beaches with consistently strong winds, we recommend: (1) using the 110GSM warp-knitted fabric (lower wind drag and better shape memory), (2) upgrading to the reinforced ground spike with a deeper anchor (40cm+ vs standard 25cm), (3) for sand installations, adding the sand auger base which screws into loose sand for extra grip.
- Do you offer rush or express production? How much extra does it cost?
- Yes, we offer express production for urgent orders. Standard production time is 5-7 business days; express service shortens this to 3 business days. For time-sensitive campaigns like product launches, elections, or sports finals, we recommend contacting us as early as possible so we can reserve production capacity. The earlier you place the order, the more likely we can accommodate your timeline without the express surcharge.
