Artwork requirements and guidelines
Before proceeding with the production of mock up, we will need to do up a product visual with the artwork provided by the client. We are able to provide layout design service for free.
In order to ensure that the artwork printed is okay, we will need clients to follow the guidelines as follow:

We would prefer to work with artworks in AI, EPS, PSD, PDF format.
Kindly ensure that artwork is vectorized, pathed, rasterized.
Kindly ensure that the resolution of the images used is at least 300dpi (high resolution).
Kindly ensure that images used in artwork are embedded to avoid missing image links.
Kindly provide the pantone color code for the logo or artwork to be used.
Kindly ensure that the bleeding area is at least 3mm.
Mock up guidelines
Once artwork is confirmed and our official quotation invoice is endorsed, we will be proceeding for the production of mock up. The production time of mock up varies for per product. The mock up time and lead time is usually provided with the quotation given. After the production of mock up is completed, our sales team will send the photo of the mock up or the real samples to client to check and provide their confirmation to proceed for mass production.
Mass production guidelines
Upon confirmation of mock up, we will proceed on with the production of mass production.
At this stage, please take note that we would not be able to make any changes pertaining to the artwork as well as the other specifications of the item. For cases when delivery dateline is urgent, we will skip the production of mock up and go straight for mass production. For such cases, client would have to be certain that there will not have any changes upon confirmation of the production. Photos of the first batch produced will be sent to client for view if there is enough time for it.

- Are the flags single-sided or double-sided? Will the back side show through?
- We offer both single-sided and double-sided printing. Single-sided is lightweight and cost-effective, ideal for wall-mount displays. For double-sided flags, we use a 3-layer block-out construction - the black interlayer completely prevents show-through. Both sides look identical and professional, perfect for street-facing displays, center-pole installations, and any scenario where the flag is viewed from both directions.
- How long does production take? What about shipping?
- Sample orders: 3-5 business days. Bulk production: 5-7 business days standard, with 3-day express service available for urgent campaigns. Shipping options: express (DHL/UPS/FedEx) takes 3-7 working days, air freight takes 5-10 working days, and sea freight takes 20-30 working days depending on the destination port. We ship FOB Qingdao/Shanghai or can arrange DDP door-to-door service -we will recommend the most cost-effective method based on your quantity and timeline.

- We use advanced dye-sublimation printing technology. Unlike screen printing where ink sits on the fabric surface, sublimation ink penetrates deep into the polyester fiber at the molecular level through heat and pressure - it literally becomes part of the fabric. This means no cracking, no peeling, and exceptionally vibrant colors with smooth gradients. Our UV-stabilized inks are SGS-certified with a 4+ colorfastness rating after 12 months of outdoor exposure (AATCC 16.3), so your flags stay vivi

- For orders up to USD 10,000: 100% T/T in advance. For orders over USD 10,000: 70% T/T deposit with the remaining 30% balance paid before shipment. All transactions are through our verified corporate account with formal commercial invoices and packing lists provided.

- What file format and resolution do you need for the best print quality?
- For the best results, we recommend vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, CDR) as they scale without quality loss. If vector files are unavailable, high-resolution raster images (PSD, JPG, PNG, TIFF) at 150-300 DPI at actual print size also work well. If your artwork is lower resolution, our prepress team can assess it and let you know if enhancement is needed. As a rule of thumb: for a 90*150cm flag, your image should be at least 3,000 pixels on the longer side for optimal clarity.
- Do you offer pole sleeves or grommets? Which finishing should I choose?
- We offer both finishing options. Pole sleeve : A fabric tunnel sewn along one edge for sliding onto a pole - ideal for garden flags, feather banners, and teardrop flags where the pole runs through the flag. Grommets : Rust-proof brass rings punched into the header at regular intervals (typically every 60cm) - best for wall-mount, rope-hung displays, and traditional flagpole flying. - How are the flags packaged? Will they arrive wrinkled or damaged?
- Every flag is individually folded and packed in a clear OPP polybag to prevent moisture and dust during transit. Multiple flags are then packed in 5-layer corrugated export-grade master cartons with reinforced corners for crush protection. For large orders, we use palletized shipping with stretch wrap. Some creasing from folding during shipping is normal - simply hang the flag or iron it on a low synthetic setting (no steam) with a cloth between the iron and the flag, and it will look perfect.
- Can you make teardrop flags, feather flags, or other special shapes?
- Yes, in addition to standard rectangular flags, we produce teardrop flags, feather flags, blade flags, L-shape flags, rectangular banners with pole pockets, and custom die-cut shapes. Each shape requires a specific pole system - we can supply both the flag and the compatible pole/hardware as a complete kit. For custom shapes, simply send us a template or dimension sketch, and we will provide a quotation. MOQ for custom shapes is typically 50-100 pieces depending on complexity.
- Do you offer rush or express production? How much extra does it cost?
- Yes, we offer express production for urgent orders. Standard production time is 5-7 business days; express service shortens this to 3 business days. For time-sensitive campaigns like product launches, elections, or sports finals, we recommend contacting us as early as possible so we can reserve production capacity.
